I am an elementary school librarian with a little bit of a dark side.

O.k., maybe more than a little bit.

I can possibly guess what you’re thinking, but stop that for a moment. You’re getting hung up on “school librarian” aren’t you?  And you’re visualizing a wizened old crone in support hose hissing “shhhhh.” Or maybe you’re a little more broadminded and are imagining a kindly, white-haired lady like Mrs. Claus.

Very, very not me.

I love Halloween. Horror movies.  True ghost stories.  Weird urban legends. Making creepy decorations.  Killing zombies in video games.  Scary music. And eating good snacks.  Yes.  That last part is a bit of a stretch for this blog, but we will make it work.

So, here I’ll be following my creepy passion and you’ll find some eerie how-to’s, reviews of all kinds of paranormal media, maybe a recipe or two and some other tricks and treats.
